Still great Italian food. Been here many times. They have delicious chicken parm dinner. Pizza very fresh dough and thin and ny style. Pasta DeLeo some serious hunks of lump crab. Occasionally slow service but usually service is good. Peroni always on tap. All around nice place and easy to get seated and pretty easy to park out front

Great for takeout or dine-in. Pizzas a bit on the pricey side at $20+ but the quality of the food is worth it. Try their pasta dishes too. You won't be disappointed.

One of the nicest greetings ever and it came by lovely Kara. Locals say it is some if Rehoboth's best pizza, but ordered a salad to go with shrimp. Cozy place and seats available outside. Just outside of the town hub-bub, but still in town. Spotted a couple eating spaghetti and meatballs- piping hot and looking delish! Pizza next time.

Great food and great place for happy hour. The crab stuffed mushrooms, broccoli rabe and calamari are all excellent and only $5 each. $2 for Miller Lite beers, but they were served in a 12 ounce mug - I'm certain they used to be pints for $2. Not sure if this is the "summer" size, or they really smaller for good.

This 1 rating is for service and STUPIDITY! I've ordered several times for delivery. They F@*k it up every time. They ask what salad dressing I want. I say RANCH! Then I politely say you never bring ranch could you make sure it's ranch! They assure me they will. And guess what? I didn't get ranch again. So I'm finally taking my complaint further.

Don our delivery driver was very nice and promptly returned with a missing item. Food was delicious and worth the frustration during the order process!

Sat down for dinner. Never saw a server. Fifteen minutes later ( after party that came in after us got waited on) we walked out. Given we never got waited on, they probably don't know we left. Horrible service.

Thank you Casa de Leo! We had a 4th of July party last night for 75-100 people in Rehoboth and our scheduled caterer did not show, due to miscommunication. We called at 6 pm, while our guests were arriving, for a huge delivery of meatballs, pasta, salad and pizza and within an hour all the food was delivered and delicious. Our guests had no idea that it was not planned that way. Thanks again Casa de Leo!

I don't get the previous reviews. This place does authentic Italian better than most. I attended a special occasion there for a group of over 50 and everything was fantastic. Accommodating owner, great servers and fantastic food on a menu that included anti-pasta salad and pizza bread to start, and main entrees of chicken Marsala, meatballs and marinara, eggplant parm, and sausage and peppers. Although I didn't have any, dessert plates with various cookies and cannoli seemed to be a big hit with everyone. I look forward to my next visit.

If you want a great home cooked Italian meal at the beach, Casa Dileo is great. The food is excellent as well as the service. Our server Vito was awesome. Made great recommendations and was attentive and friendly. This place is a go to place for us in Rehoboth.

Never had a bad meal here, and easily the best pizza in town. Last night was no exception. Ordered a white pizza and it was fantastic! Also ordered a garden salad and it was fresh, delicious and huge, with a great combination of greens, chopped tomatoes, shredded carrots, etc. Other visits we've gotten some of the more traditional Italian foods like lasagna and the various parmesan dishes and they've been excellent. The meatballs are large and house-made, the pastas are fresh and house-made too. Definitely one of our favorites in Rehoboth.

I just had the worst restaurant experience I have ever had in Rehoboth Beach. I could not even rate the food for you because after waiting 2 hours, the food had yet to arrive at the table - and I ordered lasagna! LOL. How hard is it to cut it, heat it up, plate it and bring it out. OMG! Terrible. We arrived at 6:25 pm and walked out at 8:20 pm. At 7:45, the manager came out to apologize and and promised our food by 8:00 pm. We walked out after waiting 35 minutes. Don't walk, run from this place. Maybe it will close soon and a restaurant that actually serves food will open in it's place. Terrible!

Ordered wedding soup got minestrone. Waitress tried to tell us it was wedding soup. Sent the soup back. Manager or chef came out to apologize and said he "did not know what happened to the soup". Pasta with bolognese sauce finally came. Tasted like jarred commercial sauce. Slow service. Tried to charge us for the soup! Should have paid attention to the. 2.5 star rating.

Best pizza in town and the service was prompt and friendly. Live music on Saturday nights just adds to the atmosphere

People, please I have read all the reviews, all in all this is a pizza parlor! Yes they have a bar and casual Italian cuisine, if you want upscale dining to to Nage, which sucks, or Adriadico, when its open. We eat here all the time and get take as well, on and off season, in fact I even buy their pizza dough to make my own on Sundays at home. The food is always good, the service is always good, and the price it reasonable. Come on give it a break, they are a hundred times better than Grottos and three hundred times better the Nicoboli. Just my thoughts we eat out four to five times a week and have never had a problem with Casa DiLeo, north or south. And the person that suggested they serve the bread with balsamic and oil and whipped butter on the side, if you want more flavor try putting some crushed peppers and salt in it with a little cheese, they are on all the tables.

Craving spaghetti at 9:15 PM, noticed the new branch of this restaurant on Rte 1 North, near the movies. Great, fast, friendly service; comfortable pizzeria ambience (think booths, not fine dining); and delicious spaghetti and sausage served with a nice small salad and bread with both butter and oil/vinegar plate (nice touch for a pizza joint). Especially appreciated the full menu and fast service that late. Like everything at the beach could be a dollar or two cheaper, but all in all very good. Will be back, worth a visit.

We had a groupon for this place. We had one for each location. The 3 stars is based on this location only. We did try and go to the route 1 location first and there were some issues with computers and service and very unhappy customer due to this. So we left before placing our order and headed to the other location. Service was much better here and we were waited on right away. We ordered the pasta with bolognese sauce and the ravioli's with red sauce and a side of meatballs. The salads came out with the wrong dressing and then we didnt see the waitress again to send it back until it was too late but it was pretty tasty. Then our food came out and we didnt see the waitress again until we needed boxes. The meatballs were the best part of this meal. The meat sauce had little flavor but my mom liked it alot more than i did. The ravioli's were pretty good. I would come back for the meatballs and maybe give it one more shot for the lasagna. Other location gets a 1 for right now.

Crust was a little thicker than the New York style pizza as they claim. But overall not a bad taste sauce was good cheese tasted fresh. The delivery man arrived on time. Very friendly staff. And prices in line with everybody else in the area. But if you want New York style pizza this is not a New York true style pizza.

Service was VERY friendly. Quick seating and great menu. Salad with homemade balsamic was awesome. I ordered the veal parm and my wife had a chicken dinner. Both meals came out quickly and very hot. Food tasted awesome and would love to come back!

I can't say how disappointed I am in this restaurant. I have been going here for many years and have seen changes that would make most people sick. Up until around 2010 I never had any issues beyond what I would call normal. In the past three years so many things have gone wrong that it is mind boggling. Two recent issues were my that my wife and daughter were treated so poorly that my 8 y.o. Was almost in tears when they left. Next I went to pick up take out and encountered an angry mob inside. When I discovered my order ,along with several others, was never entered the kid at the register yelled at me what do you want me to do about it? About the food. While you may receive a decent meal if the owner happens to be there the odds are slim to none. Stay away.

I can't attest to the food or the service here, I've never been here BUT their customer service is deserves 0 stars. My dad loves this restaurant so I ordered a $50 gift card for him for Christmas, in which they charged my card immediately for. Here we are on February 6, with no gift card. I've called 4 times about it and spoke to the manager who repeatedly told me it was "lost in the mail." Please! Finally, a week and a half ago I said I wanted a refund and if I got it, great, if not- I wasn't out $50. STILL no refund in my account, no pending transaction, nothing. I'm waiting for the restaurant to open to call, but if the manager IS the problem, I'm not really sure who to ask for. Maybe the BBB?

Went here whilst on vacation for a week. I had veal marsala---delicious! that came with my choice of pasta, and a salad---lovely---$20. My friends had salad and a margherita pizza---they loved it. This was a Thursday night---live entertainment in the form of a singer with requests welcomed---dancing too! Thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Recommend this place.

Tried new location on Rt1. No liquor license, lighting way too bright and very slow service. Food is better at original location, too bad this one is closer but will be a while before we try here again.

This is one of my go-to restaurants when I'm down the beach & after a friend told me about her experience when trying to purchase a gift card for her father, I am very discouraged to go back. She ordered the gift card & her credit card was charged immediately but she never received it & has been ignored after several phone calls with the manager. Bad representation on their restaurant & they have lost my business, along with others.

Amazing food -- I particularly love the chicken parm and the giant meatballs. The salads are great as well. Service is very friendly. The place is always busy and often has live music playing. It's a fun atmosphere and you certainly won't leave hungry. Can't wait to go back!

I can't stress to you how unprofessional this place is. You can immediately tell this place is ran by a bunch of amatures. The manager always seems to be "out of the office", and I don't even want to know what their food cost % is. The staff is rude, food is sub par to say the least, arangatangs could run the kitchen better than these pole munchers. Save yourself the time and effort and eat at the local Denny's, at least there you can get decent service with your eggs over easy.

We have been here twice in the past three weeks and believe we've found yet another great place for a reasonably priced meal in Rehoboth Beach. Located right off Route 1, at the top of Rehoboth Avenue (on the left hand side of the street in Henlopen Plaza), so you don't have to drive into town proper. I think that's a "plus," especially in the summer. I've had the meat lasagna and eggplant parmesan. Both were excellent. The wine we ordered was Villa Pozzi, Sicilian, Merlot. I can't even describe how good it was - delectable. And reasonable at $24. Don't go overboard and order too much, though. The portions are enormous. That was my husband's mistake. He ordered a medium size calzone and it literally took up half the table! Everyone was staring. It was like "Man vs. Food" and I expected people to start clapping. I had a taste and it melted in my mouth. There was no way he could finish even 1/4 of it. Desserts are similarly huge and delicious. The Tiramisu is to die for!

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
